Three steps of printing machine installation - foundation, assembly and debugging

first, lay the foundation

when we finish ordering the printing press or decide to move the printing press, we should start to consider the problem of laying the foundation. For small printing machines (usually business card machines, octavo printing machines, etc.), due to their light weight, the cement floor of general plants is no problem. Business card machines, for example, can even be produced on the table. For large printing machines, their self weight is measured in tons. According to the self weight of the machine and local geological conditions, reinforced concrete foundations are generally poured: if necessary, pile driving is required to ensure that they do not sink or deflect. The printing press itself has basic instructions and drawings, so it is very necessary to strictly follow the instructions. Do not arbitrarily reduce the grade of cement or the quantity of cement and the depth of reinforced concrete in order to reduce the cost. This is very dangerous. The printing machine is usually divided into printing department, paper feeding department and paper receiving department. The printing department is the heaviest of the three parts, so its foundation should be laid the deepest, and the requirements for reinforced concrete are relatively high. Before pouring concrete, it is necessary to reserve the trench, and if necessary, reserve the position of air duct and water supply and drainage. After pouring concrete, a certain period of time shall be reserved for curing the ground (the deeper the foundation is and the lower the temperature is, the longer the curing time is), so as to make the foundation stronger and more stable in accurately fulfilling national standards

II. After the foundation maintenance is completed, the machine can be installed. For small printing machines, the horizontal and vertical levels should be found based on the embossing cylinder on the machine, and the anchor screws should be installed. At present, large-scale printing machines are relatively complex, so it is necessary to draw lines on the basis to determine the positions of the paper supply department, printing department and receiving department, and the experienced porters will place each department safely and securely. As an aside, if the machine is of high value, it must be insured before handling. Otherwise, once accidents occur in the process of hoisting and transportation, the losses will be heavy. Wipe the protective oil on the surface of the embossing cylinder (if there is no embossing cylinder, choose a non adjustable cylinder). Place one level horizontally on the surface of the drum, and place the other two same levels longitudinally on the machined surface on the upper part of the wallboard on both sides of the printing department. Of course, the processing surface of the upper part of the wallboard should also be wiped clean. It is recommended to select a level with an error of less than 0.02mm. Adjust the anchor screw to make the three level gauges on the printing section display level, and then install the paper feeding section. According to the machine instructions, use a ruler to make the distance between the two sides of the paper supply department and the two sides of the printing department consistent, and the distance between them should meet the relevant requirements. Then use a thin nylon line to lean against the inner side of the wallboard on the side of the printing department and the paper supply department, so that they are in line. At the same time, the paper supply department itself should also find horizontal and vertical levels according to the method we just adjusted the level of the printing department. Finally, the paper receiving department. Like the paper feeding department, the paper receiving department is also looking for the position and level with the printing department. The nylon thread only needs to pass through the paper feeding department, the printing department and its own wall panel, and then adjust the position of the paper receiving department. These three parts are all on the same line through adjustment. Then verify these three parts repeatedly, which should not only be at their own level, but also be parallel to each other, with the same distance, and meet the requirements in the installation instructions. After confirming that there is no problem, screw the ground screws or use other methods to firmly fix all parts of the printer, such as the shell parts, switches and terminals for the charging station on the ground. Then install the main motor, water tank, transmission shaft between various parts of the printing machine, pedal, guardrail and other auxiliary devices. At the same time, start to install cables, lighting, water pipes and gas pipes. After the installation is completed, you can enter the next stage

III. debugging

debugging is the most complex and the most challenging work. We should be careful, patient, and pay attention to safety at the same time. After the electricity, water and gas are in place, don't turn on the power first, but use the method of manual turning, and then turn the machine, and feel whether there is any blockage or abnormal noise by hand. After confirming that there is no problem, you can start the machine. Click the motor car first, pay attention to the abnormal noise of the machine at any time, and observe the ammeter. If there is a large current exceeding the allowable value of the machine, it indicates that the machine has high resistance and is faulty. After troubleshooting, you can run slowly and increase the speed a little bit. At the same time, pay attention to the lubrication of the gearbox oil. Stop the machine to install cloth and padding, put on the version, add ink, and put on (wear) paper after confirmation. At the same time, operate the machine to check whether it is normal. The trial printing can be started after confirmation. The empty car should not press away the paper to see how the paper works and whether there are wrinkles and tears. In particular, the rotary printing machine, with high speed, is prone to paper path failure, so special attention should be paid. If there is no problem, you can combine the water roller, ink roller, and pressure test printing. According to the trial printing situation, solve various problems one by one, and never run with "disease". Once put into normal operation, the speed of the rotary printing locomotive should be controlled within 70% of the maximum speed, and the speed of the single paper printing machine should be controlled within 50%. According to the situation of the printed parts, the oil in the printing department should be changed after running for one to two months, and the speed of the rotary machine can be gradually increased to 90% of the maximum speed, and the speed of the sheet fed printer can be increased to 70% of the maximum speed. Generally, do not produce at the maximum speed for a long time. The cost of doing so is several times the wear and tear of normal production of the machine

finally, after the printing machine has been used for 3-6 months, the machine itself may change slightly due to foundation settlement, machine vibration and other reasons. Qualified manufacturers can follow the second step to find out the level and the position relationship between each part (at this time, the adjustment amount should be very small) to better install the printing machine
