Installation of tower crane

tower crane is abbreviated as tower crane, also known as tower crane

characteristics of tower crane: large working space, mainly used for vertical and horizontal transportation of materials and installation of building components in housing construction

it is composed of metal structure, working mechanism and electrical system. The metal structure includes the tower body, boom and base. The working mechanism has four parts: lifting, luffing, slewing and walking. The electrical system includes motor, controller, distribution cabinet, connecting line, signal and lighting device, etc

in order to inspect and test the installation sequence of the tower crane is:

foundation section frame → jacking platform → jacking jacket → slewing ring → tower top → balance boom → slewing and lifting power line and control power line → installing a counterweight → lifting boom → hoisting the remaining counterweight block → threading luffing and hook wire rope → commissioning, jacking and sectioning

1. Installation of foundation section frame

(1). Hoist the foundation section frame on the foundation foot of tower crane, connect it with special pin shaft, and wear safety pins

(2) install the oil cylinder jacking beam in the first section frame, so that the moving feet at both ends of the beam are placed on the lowest pedal

2. Installation of jacking jacket

(1) install the jacket platform and the first part of each part

(2) put the jacking sleeve frame on the first section frame, and use the pin shaft to connect the piston rod earring with the hinge point of the cylinder jacking beam

3. Installation of slewing bearing

(1) assemble the slewing bearing frame, slewing mechanism platform, handrail and other components

(2) hoist the slewing ring to the top of the standard section and connect it with a pin shaft

(3) use the trolley crane to lift the jacking sleeve frame below the slewing bearing, and use the pin shaft to connect the jacking sleeve frame with the slewing bearing frame

4. Installation of tower top section frame

(1) install the tower top platform, two balance arm pull rods and the lifting arm pull plate on the tower top section frame

(2) hoist the tower top frame onto the slewing bearing frame and connect it firmly with a pin shaft

5. Installation of balance arm frame

(1) install lifting mechanism, balance arm pull rod, platform, wind deflector, rail and other components on the ground

(2) lift the balance arm and hinge its head with the slewing ring with a pin shaft

(3) continue to raise the tail of the balance arm until the pull rod is connected and the balance arm is leveled

(4) install a counterweight

6. Connect the slewing and hoisting power lines and control lines

7. Installation of jib frame

(1) count the jib frame, boom tie rod and pin shaft

(2) prepare two support frames or enough sleeper blocks

(3) assemble the boom frame according to the sequence specified in the instruction manual, put it on the support frame or sleeper, and then assemble the boom tie rod on the boom

(4) install the luffing trolley equipped with the trolley maintenance platform onto the lower two chords of the boom

(5) install the corresponding amplitude indicator every 10 meters, and check whether all pins and split pins of the boom and boom tie rod are inserted firmly

(6) hoisting the jib assembly: first hoist on the ground, master the center of gravity, and then formally hoist, and use the pin shaft to connect its root with the side hinge of the slewing support frame

(7) pull up the pull rod with the steel wire rope of the main winch, and raise the end of the boom with the cooperation of the truck crane until the pull rod is connected and fixed with the hinge point on the top of the tower

(8) loosen the lifting wire rope, and slowly lower the boom until the pull rod is tensioned

8. Hoist the counterweight

hoist the counterweight one by one, put it on the balance arm, and insert the support shaft into the connecting plate holes on both sides of the counterweight, which must be inserted in place. Up to the rated value

9. Threading and winding luffing wire rope and hook wire rope

10. Check whether the connection of connecting bolts, pin shafts and steel wire ropes is firm and reliable. Generally, it is used as instructions or specific instructions for users to observe the working conditions of various institutions by using dynamic idling in classroom teaching
