Installation method of punch die

1) before installation, first confirm that the die edge is sharp, there is no chipping on the die edge, and there is no missing angle on the punch. If there is chipping or missing angle, please sharpen the blade first

2) before closing the mold, you must adjust the force measuring pointer to "zero" at this time. Before operation, check whether the casting has burr, flash, riser and other problems. Put a silicon steel sheet between the lower mold to prevent the knife edge from being damaged due to handling

3) before installing the die on the punch, use an oilstone to grind off the burrs on the bottom and top, and use a cloth strip to clean up the garbage. If there are burrs or garbage on the upper and lower planes of the die, the punching burrs will be out of tolerance

4) when adjusting the stroke of the slider until the oil return is closed, it is not allowed to press the upper mold at the appropriate position freely. It must be ensured that the upper plane of the mold handle or mold base fits closely with the bottom surface of the slider, and the screws of the lower mold pressing plate are gently pressed. Then, adjust the slider upwards and take out the silicon steel sheet in the middle. Loosen the screws of the lower die plate and adjust the sliding device downward. It is a new material experimental machine block that combines electronic technology with software technology and mechanical transmission until the punch enters the female die for 3 ~ 4mm, and then compress the screws of the lower die plate. When punching with a new die, the punch must enter the female die for 3 ~ 4mm, otherwise, the punch will collapse or the female die will crack

5) raise the slider to the upper dead center position, adjust the stop screw of the punch rod to the appropriate tightness, and then idle for several times to observe whether the die and the mechanisms of the punch work normally. If there are no abnormal conditions, production can start
