Comparison between hydraulic curing press and mechanical curing press
the development of hydraulic curing press in China began in the late 1960s, and the starting time was not slower than that in industrial developed countries, but the domestic hydraulic technology level limited the development of hydraulic curing press at that time. In recent years, with the development of domestic technology and the entry of foreign technology into China, the development and application of hydraulic vulcanizers in China have entered a period of rapid development. Now, 1050 ~ 1700 hydraulic vulcanizers have been developed, and the batch export of hydraulic vulcanizers to Michelin company of France has been realized. But in general, the application of hydraulic curing press in China is still not very extensive. What are the main differences between hydraulic curing press and mechanical curing press
due to the structure of the mechanical vulcanizer itself, the mechanical vulcanizer has the following problems:
1. The parallelism and coaxiality of the upper and lower hot plates, the roundness of the manipulator claw and the coaxiality of the inner hole of the lower hot plate are low, especially the repetition accuracy is low
2. According to the temperature resistance grade, the motion pairs on the main load-bearing parts such as connecting rod and crank gear can be roughly divided into super heat-resistant type, medium heat-resistant type and low heat-resistant type. Their industrial association network is relatively loose. They are sliding bearings composed of copper sleeves, which are easy to wear and have a great impact on the accuracy
3. The clamping force on the upper and lower molds is uneven. For the dual-mode tire curing press, the force on both sides is greater than that on both inner sides
the clamping force is determined by the elastic deformation of each stressed component at the moment when the crank pin reaches the bottom dead center. The change of temperature changes the size of the stressed component, and the clamping force also changes. Therefore, the fluctuation of temperature in the production process will cause the fluctuation of clamping force
the hydraulic curing press has the following characteristics in structure:
1. The body is a fixed frame type, with compact structure, good rigidity, and small deformation under the action of large clamping force, which is conducive to wheel 1, tire life and tire quality of test items. Although the hydraulic curing press is also a dual-mode cavity, from the perspective of force, only two single-mode curing presses are connected together. Under the action of clamping force, the small deformation of the frame is symmetrical with the center line of the mold
2. Each action is fast and stable, which greatly reduces the auxiliary time of the vulcanizer
3. The machine has high precision, which greatly improves the accuracy of tire shaping. When opening and closing the mold, the upper mold only moves vertically up and down, which can maintain high centering accuracy and repetition accuracy; On the other hand, it is also beneficial to maintain the accuracy of the flexible mold
4. The upper and lower clamping forces are evenly stressed, and are not affected by the working temperature
5. The height of the upper ring of the tire loading mechanism and the central mechanism can be arbitrary and accurate. If there is no control, it is very meaningful for vulcanizing tires of different specifications
6. The left and right frames of the machine can be equipped with a set of control system, which can control and work independently
7. Each action of the machine is simple and effective. During the user's use, there are basically no wearing parts, spare parts need to be replaced, and there is no need for regular medium and overhaul like the mechanical vulcanizer, which greatly reduces the user's operation cost and increases the utilization rate of the equipment
